EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in adult education, curriculum and instruction, teaching or a related field is required.
Master’s degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years related experience in developing and delivering training programs required.
Additional two (2) years’ experience teaching in a field related to curriculum and instruction or teaching preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must possess working knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional systems design methodology (such as ADDIE), and higher-level learning evaluation models (I.e. Kirkpatrick's five levels of evaluation)
Knowledge of learning management systems (such as Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard)
Excellent organizational abilities required
Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, and diplomacy skills required
Excellent group facilitation/training skills required
Able to use and develop in Windows and Macintosh environments as well as various browsers
Excellent knowledge in the use of Microsoft Suite products
Able to work with a diverse population
