EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related area.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two (2) years direct testing experience in a post secondary institution.
Experience working with a diverse population.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be eligible for GED testing certification by the state, and must become certified as a GED examiner within 6 months of assuming the testing associate position
Bilingual a plus
Basic computer knowledge required
Proficiency with PC and computerized student record system is preferred
Ability to work some nights and weekends
Ability to attend yearly in-service training
Two to four full testing sessions under a supervisor before assuming duties
