EDUCATION
Associate’s degree required with at least six (6) college hours in Accounting. Four (4) years of directly related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years of experience in a customer service and/or high volume call center setting required. Three (3) years’ experience in general accounting field is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to communicate sensitive and/or complex information in a confidential and straightforward manner.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to effectively multi-task.
Proficiency in computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Office, etc.)
Knowledge of contact center technologies (i.e. phone, chat, email, social media communications, etc.)
