EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree required. Masters in a Health Care related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three (3) years compliance related experience required. Minimum of two (2) years of successful leadership and management of academic or workforce programs and activities with increasing levels of responsibility required. Three (3) years of health care experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent research ability and skill that includes researching legislation, policies, rules, regulations and laws.
High level of analytical ability, flexibility, self-motivation and dependability required.
Familiarity with the role of community college students as participants in clinical education in is required.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and the community is required.
Demonstrated excellence in oral, written, and interpersonal skills with an awareness of current issues in higher education is required.
Accuracy, attention to detail, excellent organization and problem solving skills, ability to assume initiative required.
Exemplifies integrity and sound judgment in decision-making and when handling difficult circumstances.
Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Student Module.
