EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Instructional Technology or related fields. Master’s Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in computer lab operations and supervision required. Experience in an institution of higher education preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Comprehensive knowledge of network servers and computer hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
Proficiency in Course Management Systems such as WebCT or Blackboard Vista
Proficiency in Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems, Microsoft Office applications and the Internet
Ability to make independent choices
Ability to supervise a diverse work environment
Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment with a high volume of people interaction
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with faculty members, students, staff and outside vendors
May be required to demonstrate competencies of various hardware/ software skills verified during the interview
