EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years experience in library technical/support service required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of library automation system
Knowledge of computer equipment, including peripherals, such as laser scanners and printers
Knowledge of operations of established software packages
Knowledge of OCLC policies and procedures for ILL-use
Knowledge of HCCS ILL policies and procedures
Ability to deal with ILL users in a friendly and competent manner
Ability to attend to details
Ability to organize information
Ability to work independently
Good oral and written communication skills
