EDUCATION
High school degree or equivalent required.
Associate’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years experience in a multi-function student computer lab/Open Lab environment required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Proficiency with current Windows 2000 and XP operating systems
Demonstrated competencies in personal computer use
Knowledge of computer and data communications equipment
Ability to effectively communicate with and work well with faculty and administrators
Must have good driving record, reliable transportation and meet HCC requirements as a qualified driver
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work off hours, such as evening, weekend and over published college holidays, if required
