Instructor Medical Laboratory Technician
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science.
CERTIFICATION
MT/MLS(ASCP) American Society for Clinical Pathology
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years recent experience in a clinical laboratory setting required.
Preferred (not required) One (1) year full-time/part-time teaching experience with a NAACLS approved Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Technician Associate Degree Program.
Note: Position is contingent upon funding from the Board of Trustees.

Evaluation of curriculum vitae to assess competency in stated area of expertise-instrumentation, Blood Banking, Microscopy, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, and Microbiology, Immunology, Urinalysis and Body Fluids, Phlebotomy, Coagulation, Lab Operations and knowledge of NAACLS Accreditation Guidelines, and Laboratory Safety
