EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate Degree in computer science or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years direct work experience in help desk and automated call distributor (ACD) environments required.
Experience with Cisco UCCX help desk environment, required.
HDI Support Center Analyst certification preferred.
MAC OS X (latest software version) preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 7 & 8, and PeopleSoft required.
Ability to interact and communicate with diverse groups with varying levels of technical knowledge, required.
Ability to make sound decisions and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in team environment.
Ability to work in a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster cooperation among users, support teams and peers.
Knowledge of Microsoft Work At Home software, Adobe Work At Home software, Adobe CS6 software preferred.
