EDUCATION
High school education or GED equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE
One (1) year experience in food service preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Food handler’s permit desired
Knowledge of dishwashing machinery, sanitation procedures, and kitchen appliances preferred
Knowledge of food service operations desirable, especially in a cafeteria
Per HCC Policy C: 4.7 Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace, a drug and/or alcohol test is required if a conditional job offer is made
