EDUCATION
High school diploma required. Associate of Applied Science Degree (AAS) preferred.
EXPERIENCE
One (1) year current front office experience is required. Dental assisting experience, chair-side assisting, and sterilization and preparation experience is preferred.
Candidate will be required to attend yearly training seminars to receive updates in both areas.
Experience with the Eaglesoft Dental Software package is preferred.
Proof of Hepatitis B Vaccination and current TB test (within last 6 months) preferred
Current CPR Healthcare Certification preferred
Registered Dental Assistant or Certified Dental Assistant having taken the National Board Dental Assisting Examination preferred but not required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent communication skills in dealing with the public and students
Ability to multi-task
Flexibility with scheduling and duties
