Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field required.

Three (3) years of HR experience and at least one (1) year in the areas of Compensation and HRIS required.

Proficient use of PeopleSoft, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Access Database Applications

Knowledge of federal and state wage and salary laws and regulations; survey methodology

Ability to conduct research, analyze information and data and present findings in a concise format

Ability to analyze and interpret policies, practices and procedures

Knowledge of Job Analysis techniques and some exposure to automated job evaluation systems

Require attention to detail and good written and verbal communications skills

Ability to work with diverse populations, both internally and externally

Knowledge of customer service principles

The compensation range for this position is $55,935 - $75,511 annually.
