EDUCATION
Minimum Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree in Counseling and Guidance or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years experience in financial aid, admissions process and counseling.
Three (3) years experience in working with community support.
Three (3) years experience in Upward Bound (TRIO program).
One (1) year experience in a supervisory position.
Proposal writing experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Computer proficiency required
Familiarity with the Educational Department General Administration Regulations (EDGAR)
Bilingual (Spanish/English or Vietnamese/ English) preferred
