EDUCATION
Associate’s degree is required or sixty (60) hours toward degree completion plus five (5) years of directly related experience, preferably in Adult Education Programs or Systems, may be substituted for degree requirements; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in working with Adult Education or related field required.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft and TEAMS guidelines related to Adult Education.
Experience with the practices and procedures of community college or grant funded programs desired.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to multi-task with several complex and demanding projects.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to work successfully within a team environment.
Perform proficiently in PeopleSoft, Access, and Excel.
Excellent time management skills required and an ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of diverse groups, working with a multicultural workforce, and sensitivity and appreciation to cultural differences is required.
Knowledgeable in the areas of student registration, program information, records and database management. Oversee and implement
Possess strong interpersonal skills to work well with all levels of individuals within the institution and the business communities.
