EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field with at least 18 hours of Accounting required. Eight (8) years directly related work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years experience in an accounting related field required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of state reporting requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A thorough working knowledge of the application of general accounting principles
Knowledge of external and internal financial auditing procedures
Knowledge of PC, MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Access
Working knowledge of PeopleSoft required
