EDUCATION Master's degree required. Doctorate degree preferred. EXPERIENCE Three (3) years management experience, preferably Dean level or above. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects with Trustees, Senior Administrators and College Presidents. Ability to define problems, ability to collect data, ability to establish facts and proposed solutions. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to work effectively with the public and elected officials. Ability to make effective presentations to a variety of audiences. Ability to achieve outcomes in highly diverse, multi-campus system. Documented success as a team player and leader with a proven record of emphasing student's success.
